Benefits-eligible partners can allocate an annual amount to the Health Spending Account (HSA) and/or the Personal Wellness Account (PWA).
HSA is designed like an expense account, the funds allocated to your HSA can be used for reimbursement of eligible medical and dental expenses not covered under your Extended Health & Dental Plans on a before-tax basis.
PWA is designed to cover wellness and lifestyles expenses not covered by other benefits, such as food, commuting, footwear, fitness, education and development, financial/professional services, entertainment and technology, work-life balance and caregiving expenses.
Terms and conditions of employment for partners working at unionized stores are subject to the applicable collective agreement and/or a statutory freeze and as such may not receive, or be eligible to receive this benefit.
