Life Insurance
Starbucks provides Basic Life Insurance to all benefits eligible partners. This coverage provides a financial benefit to your designated beneficiaries if you pass away.
You do not need to enroll to receive Basic Life Insurance – coverage is fully paid by Starbucks when you’re benefits eligible.
- Retail hourly partners are automatically covered in the amount of $10,000
- Retail management, shift managers and non-retail partners are automatically covered at one times your annual base pay.
Eligible partners may also elect additional Supplemental Life Insurance for yourself, your spouse or domestic partner, and/or your child(ren).
For Current Starbucks Partners
When you become eligible for benefits or during each annual benefits enrollment period, you can elect Supplemental Life Insurance for yourself and eligible dependents by logging in to mysbuxben.com.
Additionally, eligible partners can elect Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage. This provides financial protection for you or your beneficiaries in the case of an accidental injury or death.
